I'm such a laggard when it comes to updating my feed. Probably because my emphasis is not my podcast but getting other peoples podcasts up and running. Anyway here is the latest update and there are probably about 20 new audio files in it. If you are unfamiliar with using an RSS feed I'd recommend downloading and installing iTunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/) and the plugging this into the podcast section under "Advanced" and "Subscribe to new Podcast" (well something like that):
http://H2Opodcast.com/rss.xml (note: this will look like gibberish if you just click on this link, but if you copy and paste it into iTunes it will subscribe you to the podcast).
